Which areas do you cover?
We're based in Leicester (Unit 5-6, 9-13 Saffron Road, South Wigston, LE18 4TD) and cover Leicester itself plus roughly 50 miles around it. If you're unsure whether your address falls inside that, just call and ask rather than assuming either way.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday to Sunday, 9 to 6, including weekends, because that's when a lot of people are actually free to meet a surveyor or take a call without having to duck out of work.
How does quoting work?
You can get an initial quote by phone or online, and we'll arrange a survey to confirm exact sizes and spec before anything is ordered. There's no pressure selling and no commission salesperson pushing you to decide on the spot, so take whatever time you need between the survey and confirming.
