Free window quote in Leicester — how it works
Getting a free window quote in Leicester from us is deliberately undramatic. No salesmen, no kitchen-table pitch, no 'today only' discount. Here's exactly how the process works.
Step 1 — Tell us roughly what you need
Call 0116 442 0332, WhatsApp, or fill in the quote form. We'll arrange a free survey at an agreed time. No deposit, no commitment.
Step 2 — Free home survey
A member of our own team — never a commission salesman — comes to measure every opening, bring physical samples, and answer your questions. Typically 30–45 minutes.
Step 3 — Written itemised quote
You receive a single-page itemised written quote covering glazing spec, frame colour, hardware, cylinder grade, removal, disposal and 10-year guarantee. The price is the price — no 'extras on the day'.
Step 4 — You decide, in your own time
We don't chase, follow up aggressively, or pressure. If the quote works, great. If not, we'll wish you well. We've built a 40-year business on this approach.
What happens after the quote
Once you accept, we order the windows made to the sizes taken on the survey. On fitting day our own team removes the old frames one opening at a time, so the house is never left open overnight.
Before we leave, we clean the glass, check every handle and lock with you, and take the old frames away. You can call us on 0116 442 0332, Monday to Sunday from 9am to 6pm, with any question about the quote.
