What a good uPVC window looks like from the inside out
Most of the uPVC window work we do in Hinckley is second generation replacement. The frames going out were fitted somewhere between 1998 and 2010, the glass has lost its argon, the gaskets have gone hard and the handles have started to need a shove. Older red-brick terraces toward the town centre, expansive 1980s detached/semi estates in Burbage, and newer four-bed family stock around Earl Shilton and Barwell. That stock is now all arriving at the same point at once, which is why half the street tends to replace within a couple of years of each other.
