RAL 9001
Cream Doors & Windows
An older PVCu standard — still ideal for matching original timber sashes.
About Cream
Cream PVCu was the default 'period replacement' through the 1990s and 2000s when off-white was used to imitate old painted timber. It's the right answer when you're keeping half a house's original sashes and replacing the rest in PVCu.
It's used less often on new specs in 2026, but remains the only sensible colour-match for many older Leicestershire suburbs — Knighton, Aylestone and parts of Wigston in particular.

From our installers
Cream slowly creams further over decades — modern foils are far more UV-stable than 90s versions. Don't expect a perfect match against 25-year-old cream frames; expect a noticeable but acceptable difference.

Cream frames and cream render
Cream frames suit older cottages and homes with stone details, where bright white can look stark. Against cream render, match the shade on a sample first, because two slightly different creams side by side can look like a mistake.
We bring samples on the free survey, and cream is available on our windows and on uPVC and composite doors.
